A center of government and industry the city of Belfast was once famous for the great ships that where constructed by the Harland and Wolf shipyards, who build what was perhaps the most famous ship of all time, the the ill-fated Titanic.

Today Belfast's shipyard lies idle, but around it grows a rejuvenated city. Centered around the Lagan riverfront and dock land area the emerging Belfast is at times unrecognisable from the drab and rundown condition it was in just a few short years ago.
